In order to become a legal advisor I successfully completed a faculty of law, 3.5-year traineeship and passed the legal advisor exam. I also hold a degree in Postgraduate Studies in European Law from the University of Warsaw. I have provided services for large public sector entities and international law firm and continue to provide services for large companies, including worldwide enterprises, within my own firm.
I am experienced in conducting a broad range of legal and administrative proceedings, including very complex cases and have represented clients in both the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.
I have significant experience in advising on public procurement procedures, contracting entities and economic operators submitting tenders.
I have also represented clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber and have provided services for many foreign investors in Poland.
